One of my favorite parts of growing up in a Hispanic household was always having tropical fruits to enjoy. No matter what season it was, there was never a shortage of mangoes, bananas, or pineapple in my home. That’s what I was thinking when I picked up some Jumex Mango juice from Big Lots to make my favorite jumex mango smoothie recipe. It’ll have you feeling like you’re lying on a tropical island instead of taking out all your winter coats from storage.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- ¼ cup Jumex Mango Nectar
- 1 cup of Vanilla Silk (can substitute real milk)
- ¼ cup of frozen pineapple chunks
- ½ banana, sliced
- Add pineapple chunks and banana in your blender.
- Mix in Jumex Mango Nectar and Vanilla Silk.
- Blend until smooth.
